• Location Verification: GPS coordinates and address confirmation

2.2 Veterinarian Verification

Veterinarians must undergo comprehensive professional verification:

• Professional License: Valid veterinary license from the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB)
• KVB Registration Number: Official registration number with the regulatory body
• Educational Credentials: Veterinary degree and qualifications
• Identity Verification: Government-issued ID matching license information
• Professional References: Contact information for professional references (optional but recommended)

2.3 Farm Worker Verification

Farm workers are verified by the farmer who employs them:

• Farmer Authorization: Verification by the employing farmer
• Basic Identity: Name and contact information
• Access Level Assignment: Appropriate permissions assigned by the farmer

Step 1: Account Registration

Create your account on FarmTrack AI and provide basic information including name, email, and phone number.

Step 2: Document Submission

Upload required verification documents through the secure verification portal. Documents should be clear, legible, and current.

Step 3: Document Review

Our verification team reviews your submitted documents. This typically takes 1-3 business days. You will receive email notifications about the status of your verification.

Step 4: Additional Verification (if needed)

In some cases, we may request additional documentation or clarification. We will contact you via email if additional information is required.

Step 5: Verification Approval

Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email and a verification badge will appear on your profile. You can then access all verified features of the platform.

4.1 Status Types

• Pending: Your verification request has been submitted and is under review.
• Verified: Your account has been successfully verified and you have full access to verified features.
• Rejected: Your verification was not approved. You will receive details about why and how to resubmit.
• Suspended: Your verification has been temporarily suspended pending review or investigation.

4.2 Verification Badge

Verified users receive a verification badge on their profile, which helps other users identify trusted and verified members of the FarmTrack AI community.

5.1 Accepted Document Formats
